Appointments & Aftercare

Most treatments take 20–45 minutes. We’ll confirm timings during your consultation.

We’ll provide full pre-treatment instructions by email once your consultation is complete.

Mild swelling, redness or bruising are common and usually resolve within 24–48 hours. We’ll talk you through aftercare in detail.

Most clients return to normal activity immediately after treatment.

We generally recommend avoiding makeup for at least 12 hours after most injectable treatments.

Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours after most treatments to reduce the risk of swelling or bruising.

Treatment Maintenance & Longevity

This depends on the treatment and area—but typically ranges from 6 to 18 months.
